Job summary

Legacy Medical is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team in Cheyenne and Laramie, WY, delivering on-site primary care in senior living communities.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, develop treatment plans, and promote preventive health measures while maintaining detailed patient records. A sign-on bonus is offered; employment is contingent on background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop diagnoses
• Build rapport with the patient and explain condition and course of action through written and oral communication
• Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines
• Promote preventive care and health maintenance including annual physicals, positive health behaviors and self-care through education
• Maintain complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses
• Perform quality control and maintain a high standard in relation to infection control mechanisms for patient safety
• Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for patients

• Maintain complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses
• Perform quality control and maintain a high standard in relation to infection control mechanisms for patient safety
• Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for patients
