Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care across multiple Level-III NICUs with leading-edge technology.

You will rotate through sites and shifts for 24/7 neonatal coverage, collaborating with neonatologists and subspecialists, while supporting families and pursuing ongoing professional development. Nevada license or eligibility, board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, and required certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
• Nevada license (or willing to obtain).
• DEA and CSR/CDS certifications must be obtained prior to start.
• Clean malpractice/license history preferred.
• NPDB reports within 30–60 days active and self-query required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced care across Level-III NICUs with high-acuity neonates.
• Perform and supervise neonatal interventions including HFV and inhaled nitric oxide.
• Manage care for ~1,700 NICU admissions and >10,000 births annually.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and subspecialists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in neonatal transport and 24/7 coverage rotations.
• Support families with compassionate communication and education.
