i4 Search Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a weekday, full-time role in Bassett, VA with a hybrid schedule. You can start between 7:00 and 8:30 a.m.

and may finish documentation from home after rounds, balancing patient care with administrative work. The position emphasizes collaboration with nursing staff and physicians in post-acute and skilled nursing settings, requires an active NP license and DEA, and offers medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and continuing education

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license required.
• Current DEA certification required.
• 1+ year NP experience preferred.
• Nursing background in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency, hospitalist, or general practice preferred.

Schedule | Monday–Friday | Flexible Start 7–8:30 a.m. | 8-Hour Days

Status - Full-time Permanent

Location: Bassett, VA

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who thrives on making a difference in patients’ lives. This is a weekday, full-time opportunity providing care in post-acute and skilled nursing settings.

You’ll have the flexibility to start your day between 7:00–8:30 a.m., and after completing rounds, you’ll have the option to finish documentation from home — giving you the autonomy and balance you deserve
