Qualifications

• 3–5 years of NP/PA experience managing neurology or geriatric patients
• Experience in dementia and neurodegenerative disease
• California NP license in active status

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient specialty care for dementia and related neurodegenerative conditions
• Collaborate with Cognitive & Memory Physician and other specialists to deliver individualized evaluation and treatment plans
• Support patients and families with clear communication, counseling, and longitudinal care planning
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team-based care environment
