Novant Health Medical Group is seeking a Memory Care Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for adults 55 and older. This on-site role offers Monday–Friday hours with admin time, no call, no weekends, and no holidays, joining a leading non-profit health system noted for physician-led care.

The successful candidate will have a graduate degree and NCCPA-certified PA credentials, 1–3 years of practice experience (memory care a plus), and active PA licensure with

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree, required. Graduate of an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program, required.
• One to three years of experience in a physician practice setting, memory care a plus but not required.
• Current PA license in appropriate state, NCCPA Certification and DEA registry.
