Job summary

Ellsworth IV Infusion & Wellness is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our integrative medicine practice approximately 2 days per week, with potential to grow to full time. We focus on women’s and men’s hormone health, HRT, thyroid health, metabolic wellness, and functional medicine within a relationship-based care model.

The ideal candidate will bring experience or interest in integrative/functional medicine and hormone therapy, with a passion for building long-term patient

Qualifications

• Licensed NP in Maine with current credentials.
• Experience or education in integrative/functional medicine preferred.
• Willing to work ~2 days per week, with potential to grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide hormone health, HRT, and thyroid health care as part of integrative care.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team to coordinate patient plans.
• Deliver patient-centered, relationship-based care in a rural community setting.
• Participate in hybrid onsite and telehealth visits as needed.

Ellsworth IV Infusion & Wellness, Ellsworth, Maine is looking for an experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing integrative medicine practice approximately 2 days per week with opportunity to grow to full time.

Our practice takes a personalized, relationship-based approach to helping women and men feel and function their best. Clinical care includes women and men’s hormone health and HRT, thyroid health, metabolic wellness, gut health, and functional/integrative medicine.
