Synergy Holistic Wellness in Hampden, Maine is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join the integrative medicine practice approximately 2 days per week with potential to grow to full-time. The role focuses on women’s and men’s hormone health, HRT, thyroid and metabolic wellness within a relationship-based care model.

The ideal candidate is clinically curious, dependable, and passionate about individualized care, with experience in integrative/functional medicine and hormone replacement

Qualifications

• Experience in integrative/functional medicine and/or hormone replacement therapy preferred.
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with patient-centered approach.

• Provide integrative medicine with focus on hormone health and HRT.

Integrative Medicine and Hormone Therapy NP / PA

Synergy Holistic Wellness in Hampden, Maine is looking for an experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing integrative medicine practice approximately 2 days per week with opportunity to grow to full time.

Our practice takes a personalized, relationship-based approach to helping women and men feel and function their best. Clinical care includes women’s and men’s hormone health and HRT, thyroid health, metabolic wellness, gut health, and functional/integrative medicine.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an NP who is clinically curious, thoughtful, dependable, and passionate about providing individualized care. The ideal candidate enjoys developing long-term patient relationships and is interested in continuing to grow as an integrative clinician within an established, collaborative practice.

Previous experience or education in integrative/functional medicine and/or hormone replacement therapy is preferred - but not absolutely required.
