Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Men’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a patient-focused practice in a growth area of healthcare. The role emphasizes personalized care across men’s health, wellness, hormone optimization, and general medical care.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active, unrestricted license
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Background in primary care, family practice, internal medicine, urgent care, men’s health, wellness, or a related setting
• Men’s health and hormone optimization experience is a plus
• Athena EMR experience strongly preferred
• Conversational Spanish preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Comfortable discussing sensitive and personal health concerns
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused approach with the ability to thrive in a growing practice

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive new-patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical and wellness conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on history, symptoms, goals, and labs
• Provide care focused on men’s health, preventative medicine, and wellness
• Evaluate and manage hormone-related health concerns
• Provide or support HRT/TRT and related treatments when clinically appropriate
• Manage medical weight-loss patients, including therapies such as semaglutide when appropriate
• Provide or assist with IV therapy, peptides, and Botox treatments
• Review laboratory results and incorporate findings into treatment plans
• Educate patients on medications, nutrition, lifestyle, preventative care, and treatment options
• Build lasting relationships through personalized, attentive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Athena EMR
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Stay current on developments in men’s health, wellness, and applicable clinical treatments

Compensation & Benefits

• $120,000 Base Salary
• 6% monthly bonus on gross collections above $50,000 attributed to the provider

• Option for Fridays off when working Saturdays
