Crossroads Treatment Centers in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic.

You will prescribe medications, complete medical documentation, and collaborate with clinic staff to ensure holistic patient care. Injections are part of the role, with a schedule including Fridays 10am-4pm at the Harrisburg center.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in.
• DEA licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Experience with opioid use disorder management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
• Will perform injections.
