Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is assisting a skilled nursing facility in North Bergen, NJ to hire a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and post-acute care to residents.

The schedule is Monday-Friday with evening shifts (2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm) and there is no call, nights or weekends. The role focuses on administering provider-level direct patient care within the SNF, with a full benefits package, 4 weeks of PTO, productivity bonuses, and team-based

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed to practice.
• Experience in primary and post-acute care within a skilled nursing setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver provider-level direct patient care within the facility.
