Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• Current Iowa ARNP license is required.
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is required.
• DEA and CSA registrations required.
• Two years of experience in behavioral health or integrated healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in an integrated healthcare setting, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, counselors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using the EHR and e-prescribing when appropriate.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate MAT services as needed.
• Occasional travel between UCS Healthcare clinic locations may be required.
