Job summary

McFarland Clinic seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Urgent Care team in Ames, IA. The successful candidate will work full-time, see patients of all ages, and join a physician-owned multi-specialty clinic with a collegial environment.

Applicants should have graduated from an accredited program and be licensed or eligible for Iowa licensure, with certification or eligibility from the governing body. Pre-employment screening will apply.

Qualifications

• Previous APP experience preferred.
• The candidate must be able to work independently.
• Ability to see patients of all ages.
• Graduation from an accredited program; licensed or eligible for Iowa licensure.
• Certified or eligible by the appropriate governing body.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced-practice care in the Urgent Care department in Ames, IA.
• Manage and treat patients of all ages in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
