Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience working in acute care settings such as ICU, CCU, Telemetry, or med-surgical unit.
• National Board Certification and DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Perform health assessments and preventative health measures.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Discuss cases with physicians.
• Formulate and document care plans.
• Prescribe medication or other forms of treatment.
• Participate in On-Call program.
