Protouch Staffing in Salisbury, Maryland is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical oversight in an outpatient infusion setting, administering and supervising IV infusions, monitoring patients, and coordinating care.

Ideal candidates will hold an Active Maryland NP license with board certification, have 4+ years of clinical infusion experience, and be proficient in emergency response, assessment, andEMR documentation. Licensure and credentialing requirements must be met.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland NP license required; Delaware license considered a plus.
• Board certification in a relevant field is preferred.
• 4+ years of clinical experience in infusion or related settings.
• 2+ years as an NP/RN in acute care (ICU/ED/etc.).
• Infusion experience is required.
• Ability to meet payer credentialing, regulatory and malpractice requirements.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient Infusion

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive patient care and clinical oversight in an outpatient infusion setting. The NP will administer and supervise infusion treatments, monitor patients, manage infusion reactions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and perform assessments.
• Administer and monitor IV infusions.
• Manage infusion reactions and emergencies.
• Educate patients and coordinate care.
• Perform peripheral IV placement and port access.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Support clinical standards, quality improvement, and team development.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Maryland NP license required; Delaware preferred.
• Current AHA BLS and national APP board certification.
• 4+ years relevant clinical experience.
• 2+ years as an NP/RN in acute care (ICU, ED, PACU, Oncology, Critical Care, Infusion, or Home Infusion).
• Infusion experience required.
• Strong patient assessment, emergency response, and infusion reaction management skills.
• Must meet payer credentialing, regulatory, and malpractice requirements.
