Job summary

Palmetto Infusion is seeking a Clinical Nurse Practitioner to oversee infusions in our ambulatory infusion centers. The role covers Wilmington, NC, with potential float to other clinics, and a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Saturdays as needed.

We value patient-centered care and collaboration across the Palmetto Infusion team. The position requires NP certification and strong chronic-disease knowledge, with a focus on safety and patient advocacy.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program and Active Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Experience in family physician setting; possesses strong knowledge of chronic disease states as well as current and emerging therapies.
  • BLS or obtain upon hire.
  • Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word,Excel).
  • Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calmmanner.
  • Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
  • Assist with policy, procedure, and protocol development as needed.
  • Able to work as a team member with all members of PIS. Working along side with nurses and other NPs/MDs.
  • Able to perform nursing functions as needed.
  • Oversee the infusions being administered in the AIC.
  • Travel to other AICs when needed for staffing coverage.
  • Maintains strong knowledge of all existing and developing infusion therapies.

About the Role:

The purpose of the Clinical Nurse Practitioner is to provide oversight for infusions being administered in our ambulatory infusion centers.

Minimum Qualifications:

About the Benefits:

The anticipated pay range for this position is $55-60/hour. Final compensation is based on factors including experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
