Job summary

TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC in Columbia, SC is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to lead comprehensive infusion care in an outpatient setting. The NP will assess, diagnose, treat, and coordinate care for patients receiving biologic and infusion therapies, with emphasis on IV skills and patient safety.

The role requires an active NP license in SC, board certification, and prior infusion center experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school.
• Active and unrestricted APRN license in the state of practice, with current board certification (ANCC or AANP).
• May substitute NCCPA certification with active, unrestricted license. CPR certification (BLS or higher).
• 2 years of NP/PA clinical experience or 3+ years RN in oncology, ER, ICU, infusion settings. Infusion experience required.

The TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC, manages the Infusion needs of patient's and maintains the continuum of care, from intake, assessment, and treatment through the completion of their visit. Our primary focus is the safe and effective administration of biologic medications (e.g., Remicade, Tysabri, etc.), but we also offer a full range of infusion services including, but not limited to, antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, and steroids. On occasion there is a need for sterile dressing changes and lab draws.

We are currently hiring a Part Time Nurse Practitioner for our infusion center located in Columbia, SC.

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive care, including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for patients and families with acute and chronic health needs in an outpatient setting. We welcome NP's from all medical backgrounds with a positive attitude, preferably outstanding IV skills, and an active license in the states of practice.

Responsibilities Include

• Provides patient and family centered IV infusion care. Facilitates consistent, coordinated care and clear communication among all members of the healthcare team. Incorporates the patient and family in care planning and treatment across settings. Serves as an advocate for patients and families in navigating the health care system.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with physicians, health professionals, health related agencies, patients and families. Works effectively with multidisciplinary team members. Promotes mutual respect and trust working within a team model. Reviews, updates and recommends relevant medical, clinical and administrative policies, procedures and education & skills to help assure high quality patient care.
• Actively participates in quality initiatives. Maintains accurate and timely records and reports, participates in patient service and program reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Master's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school. Active and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse license in the state where you practice, as well as current active board certification with ANCC or AANP. May substitute a degree and certification from NCCPA with an active, unrestricted license in the state you practice. Must have a current CPR certification (BLS minimum, including hands‑on/in‑person assessment). 2 years of experience as an NP or PA in a clinical setting required or 3+ years as a Registered Nurse in oncology, ER, ICU, and/or infusion center. Infusion experience is required. Must demonstrate a high degree of clinical expertise in working with patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
