• Keep sterile fields intact during bedside procedures, anticipating what the provider reaches for next
• Cover the mentorship-focused weekend rotation Airbnb staffs with only its independent mid-level clinicians
• Field Persuasion questions from families with plain language, never jargon, at the Arvada, CO bedside
• Coordinate discharge planning alongside case management, social work, and the patient's family in Arvada
