Adara Living in Broomfield, CO, is seeking a Staff Development & Infection Prevention Registered Nurse (RN) to lead education and infection control programs. The role supports patient care quality by designing and evaluating staff training, monitoring infection rates, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with 3+ years of clinical nursing, BLS, and strong knowledge of infection prevention. CIC certification and an advanced degree are preferred.

Qualificações

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the United States.
• Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of infection prevention and control principles.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, coordinate, and deliver educational programs on infection prevention for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Assess staff competencies and provide targeted training.
• Monitor infection surveillance data and collaborate on outbreak prevention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
• Serve as a resource on infection control policies and best practices.
• Lead hand hygiene and PPE initiatives across the organization.
• Prepare reports for leadership and regulatory bodies.
