Responsabilités

• Takes patient history and records in the patient chart.
• Confers with physicians about findings and potential diagnosis and treatment.
• Exercises professional judgment regarding consultation with supervising physicians concerning appropriate treatment.
• Develops and implements patient care plans, counsels patients, and records progress.
• Prescribes medications per state guidelines and clinic regulations.
• Provides diagnosis and treatment services to established patients.
• Transmits prescription requests to pharmacy and secures physician approval.
• Oversees appointment bookings and ensures timely flow of patients.
• Completes mandatory AP training within designated timeframes.
