Job summary

AllerVie Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide direct patient care in allergy and immunology, serving patients in our Midland, TX clinic. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage care under established clinical protocols, working independently with physicians and clinic staff to deliver high-quality care.

The role emphasizes care coordination, accurate EMR documentation, and adherence to clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas NP or PA license.
• FNP certification (FNP-C or FNP-BC) required.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in NP/PA program.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat allergy/asthma conditions.
• Perform comprehensive physical exams and health assessments.
• Prescribe medications and immunotherapy per protocols.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Collaborate with supervising physician and interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients on prevention, medication adherence, and symptom management.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
