Job summary

AllerVie Health in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver direct patient care within allergy and immunology services. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients under established clinical protocols, working independently and with physicians to ensure high-quality care and coordination.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas NP license, board certification as FNP, and outpatient experience with EMR systems.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) required.
Prior experience in allergy, asthma, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic conditions related to allergy, asthma, and immunologic disorders.
Conduct comprehensive physical exams and health assessments.
Prescribe medications, treatments, and allergy immunotherapy per clinical protocols.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed to support clinical decisions.
Collaborate with supervising physician and interdisciplinary team on complex cases.
Provide patient education and counseling regarding disease prevention and management.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
