Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner certification and active license in the state of practice required.
• Nationally accredited certification by AANP or ANCC preferred.
• One year NP experience preferred.
• Maintain collaboration agreements per state requirements.
• CPR and TB/health documentation as applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services within scope of license.
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests, assessments and screenings.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients and family members on conditions and treatment.
• Possess area of specialty practice as requested.
