AMN Healthcare is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, value-based care organization in Florida. Start date ASAP with a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 and a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with minimal call.

The role offers 15–18 patients per day, collaborative care with strong clinical and operational support, 4 weeks PTO, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) and health/dental/vision.

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $125000.00 - $145000.00

We are seeking a Primary Care NP to join a growing, patient-centered organization focused on value-based care and improving outcomes for senior and underserved populations.

Highlights include:

• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Average patient volume of 15-18 patients per day
• Minimal, rotational call responsibilities
• Collaborative care model with strong clinical and operational support
• Base salary based on experience; starts at 125k+
