Responsibilities

Provides health services per clinic procedures and university protocols.
Educates patients on preventive care and prescribed treatments.
Examines patients, completes diagnoses, plans care based on assessment.
Consults with staff physician regarding patient care as needed.
Maintains patient records and facilitates communication with colleagues and patients.
Leads department/clinic initiatives and participates in improvement activities.
