Job summary

Tulane University Translational Science Institute is seeking a Nurse Practitioner I to provide medical services within the Health Center for Student Care. This role involves direct clinical care, patient consultations, and outpatient procedures in support of student health.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree, Nurse Practitioner licensure, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting. The position emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and community engagement within the university.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required.
• 4 years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a Primary Care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assessments, exams, and health education.
• Perform outpatient procedures such as incision & drainage.
• Consult with clinical providers for patient treatments.
