Optum is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our HouseCalls team in Idaho and Montana. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is creating a seamless health journey for patients across the care continuum.
As a member of the broader Home and Community Care team, you’ll provide annual clinical assessments to patients in the comfort of their homes. This important preventive care helps identify and reduce health risks for patients, in addition to coordinating appropriate follow-up care to improve health and well-being.

In this role you will have the ability to achieve work-life balance. Flexible scheduling is offered where providers can flex their time over the 7-day work week. No on-call, no weekends, and no holidays required.
This role requires travel across the states of Idaho and Montana, approximately 85% of the time. All travel expenses are covered, and there is likewise a base salary plus multiple incentives.

**PLEASE NOTE** Employees must be in an active regular status. Employees must remain in role for a minimum of 12 months from the date of hire/rehire/transfer. If an employee leaves Home and Community, the student loan repayments will cease. The employee must remain in an Advanced Practice Clinician or Physician role within Home and Community for 36 months to receive the full benefit of the student loan repayments.
The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
