Job summary

The Judge Group seeks Nurse Practitioners to perform in-person in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage Members across Oklahoma in designated counties. You can create your own flexible schedule, with part-time opportunities available and work confined to one county.

Each assessment lasts 45–90 minutes with hours from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Sunday. Training and equipment are provided; this is a W2 position with weekly pay. Weekend hours may be available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold NP license active and national certification (ANCC/AANP)
• Minimum 6 months NP experience in role
• Board certifications accepted except PMHNP/WMNP
• Home health or home-visit experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members within assigned counties.
• Assessments typically 45–90 minutes; work within Monday–Sunday 8 am–8 pm window; weekend hours allowed if schedule permits.

Overview

A House Calls Nurse Practitioner will complete in home health assessments on patients within a geographic area of responsibility (county). The nature of the House Calls visit is to complete annual health assessments on Medicare Advantage members, each assessment ranging from 45-90 minutes in length. House Calls hours of operation are Monday-Sunday 8 am to 8 pm. Weekend hours are allowed if that works with your schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working as a NP when you start the role
• NP license and national certification (ANCC or AANP, or the ability to obtain national certification and/or NP license in state of assignment) active, unencumbered licensure free any open/unresolved disciplinary actions including probation or restrictions against privilege to practice
• All board certifications accepted EXCEPT PMHNP or WMNP
• Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology a plus.
• Home Health care or home visit experience is a plus.
