Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking nurse practitioners to conduct in-home health risk assessments across the United States. You will perform detailed health assessments, including physical exams and medication reviews, while collaborating with patients' healthcare providers.

This role offers flexibility with a choice of part-time or full-time schedules and competitive weekly compensation through W-2 pay. A minimum of 6 months experience is preferred, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

The Judge Group is looking for nurse practitioners to perform in-home health risk assessments in the county of your choice with one of the largest healthcare providers in the United States.

• Compensation: Highly competitive - weekly W-2 pay
• Location: County of your choice in the United States
• Contract: Ongoing (No end date)
• Schedule: 100% create your own part-time or full-time schedule

Overview

During approximately one-hour in-home visits, nurse practitioners will conduct comprehensive health assessments. This includes reviewing medical history, medication adherence, and completing a physical examination while observing the member's overall condition.

Responsibilities

• Physical examination, medication review, checking vitals, health education, depression screening, and other general follow-up assessments
• Document required information accurately in EMR system
• Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred
• Will consider new grads
• Board certified by the AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in an approved specialty
• Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification
