Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform in-person in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members in Indiana counties. Assessments range 45–90 minutes and hours run Monday through Sunday 8 am–8 pm, with weekend options to fit your schedule.

This is a part-time, W2 position with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and full training and equipment provided by the client. Candidates must hold an NP license and national certification and have experience in gerontology,

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a NP when you start the role.
• Active NP license and national certification (ANCC or AANP) in state of assignment; licensure must be unencumbered.
• All board certifications accepted except PMHNP or WMNP.
• Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology is a plus.
• Home health care or home visit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home health assessments on Medicare Advantage members within a county; assessments last 45–90 minutes.
• Complete assessments during hours Mon–Sun 8 am–8 pm in the assigned county with flexibility for weekends.
• Work in one specific county; participate in ongoing contract with flexible schedule.
• Receive training and equipment provided by the client; W2 position with weekly pay.

Overview

A House Calls Nurse Practitioner will complete in home health assessments on patients within a geographic area of responsibility (county). The nature of the House Calls visit is to complete annual health assessments on Medicare Advantage members, each assessment ranging from 45-90 minutes in length. House Calls hours of operation are Monday-Sunday 8 am to 8 pm. Weekend hours are allowed if that works with your schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working as a NP when you start the role
• NP license and national certification (ANCC or AANP, or the ability to obtain national certification and/or NP license in state of assignment) active, unencumbered licensure free any open/unresolved disciplinary actions including probation or restrictions against privilege to practice
• All board certifications accepted EXCEPT PMHNP or WMNP
• Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology a plus.
• Home Health care or home visit experience is a plus.
