Directs the strategy, growth, and operational objectives of the Neurology & Neuroscience and Neuro Surgery Operations within the organization. Provide daily operational oversight in all areas to include clinical offices, support services, patient care areas and College of Medicine (COM) staff including research labs. This role will collaborate with Neuroscience core departments: Neural and Behavioral Science, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Psychiatry, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary centers of excellence (spine, stroke, pain, epilepsy, etc.) across Penn State Health as well as interface and partner with affiliate departments and Faculty. This position requires strong strategic thinking skills, experience applying lean methodologies to improve labor productivity, and solid financial acumen. The position also provides operational oversight for the Penn State Clinical Neurophysiology Lab.
