Penn State Health Milton Hershey Medical Center is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Outpatient Neurology team. This full-time position supports adult patients with diverse neurological conditions in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an AMA‑approved PA program and holds PA licensure with current BLS certification. Mentorship and procedural training are available, including Botox and lumbar punctures, in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant Program or higher degree meeting licensure requirements in Pennsylvania.
  • National Certification in Pennsylvania or reciprocity for Pennsylvania licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Outpatient practice caring for adult patients with a variety of neurological conditions.
  • Collaborative team of neurologists and Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Mentorship and specialty training available.

Physician Assistant – Outpatient Neurology

Penn State Health is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing Outpatient Neurology team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced neurology provider or a Physician Assistant interested in developing expertise in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Position Highlights:
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m
  • No weekends or call
  • Outpatient practice caring for adult patients with a variety of neurological conditions
  • Collaborative team of neurologists and Advanced Practice Providers
  • Mentorship and specialty training available
  • Opportunities to develop procedural skills, including Botox for chronic migraine, lumbar punctures, and peripheral nerve blocks
  • Neurology experience preferred but not required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
  • Graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant Program or baccalaureate or higher degree program that meets licensure requirements in the State of Pennsylvania required.
  • National Certification in Pennsylvania or in another State with reciprocity and licensure to practice in Pennsylvania required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
