BAYADA Hospice in Tucson, AZ seeks a compassionate Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team delivering at-home hospice care.

The NP will perform recertification visits, monitor patient conditions, and implement doctor's orders while coordinating with clinicians. Travel to assigned cases within the Tucson area is required.

Arizona NP license and at least one year of clinical experience are preferred; prior hospice or home health experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifikationen

• A current NP license in AZ.
• At least 1 year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home health, hospice, or palliative care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience is preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

BAYADA Hospice is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Per Diem Nurse Practitioner, (NP) to join our team. The coverage area for this position is in Tucson, Arizona.

Prior home care, hospice, or palliative care experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse NP, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
