Job Title: Telehealth Nurse Practitioner – Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).
Location: Remote (Telehealth) - FLORIDA.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Reports To: Medical Director/Clinical Operations Manager.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed, experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide telehealth-based care in the area of hormone replacement therapy (HRT). This role involves managing patients remotely via secure video and digital platforms, offering evidence-based, personalized hormone therapies for individuals experiencing hormonal imbalances due to aging, menopause, and other conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct virtual consultations and patient assessments via telehealth platform, including history taking, symptom review, and lab interpretation.
  • Diagnose hormonal imbalances and develop individualized HRT treatment plans (e.g., testosterone replacement, bioidentical estrogen/progesterone therapy).
  • Prescribe and manage hormone replacement medications; adjust dosages based on clinical response and lab monitoring.
  • Educate patients about the benefits, risks, and expectations of HRT, including lifestyle and nutritional recommendations.
  • Order and review diagnostic tests (blood panels, hormone levels, etc.) and make treatment decisions accordingly.
  • Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Ensure a high standard of virtual care, maintaining compliance with state laws and telemedicine regulations.
  • Collaborate with clinical team members and patient care coordinators to ensure seamless patient experience and follow-up.
  • Stay current with clinical guidelines, protocols, and innovations in hormone therapy and telehealth.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure highly preferred).
  • Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.
  • DEA license with ability to prescribe scheduled medications, if applicable.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, with preference for hormone therapy, endocrinology, or integrative medicine.
  • Prior telehealth experience preferred.
  • High comfort level with technology, telemedicine platforms, and remote patient engagement.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in interpreting hormone panels and managing complex HRT cases.
  • Familiarity with compounding pharmacies and BHRT protocols.
  • Experience in men's and/or women's hormone health, menopause, and andropause management.
  • Strong patient communication and virtual bedside manner.
