Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience as an NP in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or similar.
• Current DEA licensure and Prescriptive Authority.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' clinical problems and healthcare needs.
• Perform annual wellness exams for senior Medicare patients.
• Coordinate continuity of care under direction of primary healthcare providers.
• Complete charts within 72 hours of patient visits.
