Job summary

AlignMed Partners seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner at our Pembroke, NC center to provide primary and urgent care to long-term care residents. You will collaborate with Center Leadership, Medical Director, and other clinicians to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing, NP certification, Older Adult or Family NP focus, and RN license with DEA where applicable. At least 2 years of geriatric experience is preferred; weekends/on-call are not required, and

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program.
• Licensed as a registered nurse.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a concentrated track in Older Adult and/or Family NP.

Responsibilities
