Job summary
AlignMed Partners seeks a Nurse Practitioner for our Pembroke Center in Pembroke, NC. This full-time APRN will provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with the medical team.
Requirements include NP with Master's in Nursing and geriatric or family concentration, RN license, DEA where applicable, and at least two years of adult/geriatric experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, with relocation assistance and incentive compensation.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse.
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a concentration in Older Adult and/or Family NP.
- APRN with unrestricted license and DEA in applicable states.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director on patient care goals.
- Work with the Medical Director/Attending Physician for patient care decisions.
- Support clinical practice to improve resident outcomes.
