SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Serves as a geriatric provider liaison for the trauma service who assists in the development and implementation of geriatric protocols and is available for patient consultation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Master?s degree in Nursing with clinical specialization required
• Two (2) years' work experience as a RN required
• Currently licensed to practice as a CRNP by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Minimum one (1) year experience as Nurse Practitioner Critical Care
• Minimum one (1) year experience Geriatric Patient Care
• Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification
