AFC Urgent Care San Diego is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our team in San Diego, California. The role centers on episodic acute care in a walk-in setting, with on-site lab and x-ray support.

Required qualifications include an unrestricted California license, DEA certificate, FNP/ENP certification, and AANP/ANCC board certification, plus at least one year of ER/urgent care or primary care experience. Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts is needed.

Our state-of-the-art Urgent Care centers focus on the episodic treatment of acute illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis seven days a week with lab and x-rays on-site. We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our Team in San Diego, California.

• Scheduling Options include 12 shifts monthly: 8am - 8pm.
• Typically 2 - 3 workdays per week, with 9 - 12-hour shifts and pre-approved overtime
• Competitive Pay. Hourly Rate: $67-$73. Hourly Blended rate with overtime from 9 and 12 hour shifts incorporated with base rates: $74-$83.
• Additional bi-weekly bonuses based on patient volume thresholds.
