Hospice Atlanta/Visiting Nurse Health Systems (VNHS) is hiring compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Nurse Practitioners (NP) for our Palliative Division serving Henry County/SW Atlanta/Clayton, and Cobb/Cherokee counties. This is a Full-time or PRN opportunity.
The Nurse Practitioner collaborates with a physician in an active practice to deliver end-of-life and palliative care. The clinician in this position also serves as a consultant, advocating for area hospice programs and providing education for healthcare professionals. The purpose of this position is to provide a bridge between hospitals and hospices, improving care for all terminally ill patients and better managing hospice patients.

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, and a Master's degree in Nursing.
