Job summary

Job Description

Critical Information

In-person, patient-facing role; onsite as needed. Schedule includes three out of every six weekends and may include holiday rotations. On-call rotation may be required; indicate participation in the candidate submission. Safety-sensitive position. Submission must include the completed candidate questionnaire, BLS and license screenshots, and applicable compliance information. Candidate must be able to work autonomously and within a clinical care team environment.

Education/Licenses Needed

• Master’s degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification.
• Current state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of employment.
• At least 1 year of recent primary care, family medicine, or urgent care experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• DEA registration may be required during onboarding.
• Willingness to obtain multistate licensure.
