UnityPoint Clinic in Cedar Rapids, IA is actively recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The position offers full-time hours with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access and features seamless coordination through an integrated EPIC EMR system.

As a leading provider, you will autonomously deliver high-quality care in homes, hospitals, urgent and primary care settings, with a shared call rotation and a focus on exceptional patient communication and care decisions.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with ICU, ED, or Critical Care experience.
• Board Certified.
• Hold an unrestricted medical license in Iowa.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Autonomously provides high-quality care to patients in their homes.
• Visit types to include: Hospital at Home, Urgent Care, and Primary Care
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Average of 4-6 patients per day, must be able to flex schedule as needs arise
• Shared call among the providers at a rotation of 1:2 (Triaged through MyNurse)
• Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

NP/PA experience

ICU/ED/CC experience

Board Certification

License to practice in Iowa

US work eligibility

Formation
