UW Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice for a job in Monona, Wisconsin.
Work Schedule:
90% FTE, Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No holidays or call. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:
Education:
For Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from an accredited Nursing Program.
For Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited PA Program.
Work Experience:
Preferred – Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure.
If Physician Assistant:
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have or be able to obtain an Active DEA license prior to or upon hire.
