Barton Associates is seeking a skilled Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens position in Pennsylvania. This assignment begins on 06/16/2025, lasting for 120 days with potential extension. The role involves working Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, primarily conducting home visits to geriatric patients aged 65+ with chronic care issues.

The responsibilities include providing primary care services such as medication management, ear wax removal, and skin tag removal in private residences (85%) and assisted living or elderly group homes (15%). The NP will also handle S-BAR calls from the urgent care line, with a 24-hour response time for non-emergencies and immediate response for emergencies. Experience with Aprima EMR is preferred.
