Job summary

Banner Health in Longmont, Colorado seeks an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care team. This is a rewarding opportunity with a well-established, nationally recognized health system.

The position supports a 4-day work week, M-F clinic, no weekends, and a typical panel of 18–20 patients per day with 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours for admin time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-graduate experience in an outpatient primary care setting required.
• Board Certified FNP
• Valid Colorado license (or ability to obtain one)

Position Highlights:

• Flexible scheduling: 4-day work week option available
• Outpatient clinic: M-F schedule with no weekends

Compensation & Benefits:
