Job summary

Banner Health in Longmont, Colorado, seeks a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our primary care team. This outpatient position offers a flexible 4‑day work week, M–F schedule with no weekends, and a patient load of 18–20 per day in a busy clinic.

You will provide wellness and chronic disease management across all ages, with procedures aligned to your interests, and enjoy strong support from a tenured team in a newly refreshed facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-graduate experience in outpatient primary care.
• Board Certified FNP or PA-C.
• Valid Colorado license (or ability to obtain one).
• Patient-focused, friendly and collaborative team player.

Banner Health, a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our primary care practice in Longmont, Colorado. Position Highlights:

• Flexible scheduling: 4-day work week option available
• Outpatient clinic: M–F schedule with no weekends
• 18–20 patients per day in a busy, well-established clinic
• 36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time
• Limited shared call (phone consult only)
• Medical assistants, front desk, and leadership support
