Gastroenterology Center of Northern Virginia Ltd is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical office team. You will assess patients, order tests, diagnose, prescribe, and refer to specialists as needed, while maintaining high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will multitask in a busy practice, uphold a strong bedside manner, and ensure thorough charting and reporting. You will collaborate with physicians to provide comprehensive care and optimization of patient

Qualifications

• All licensing and certification required to perform medicine within the state.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical School.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to provide exceptional care to each and every patient.

Responsabilités

• Offer medical advice and service to all clients in our office practice, including diagnosing issues and illnesses, prescribing appropriate medications, and offering referrals as needed to other specialists
• Order or perform tests as needed, and analyze results in a timely manner to offer diagnosis
• Manage a reasonable patient caseload while providing exceptional care
• Properly complete all appropriate paperwork for each patient seen and maintain accurate records
• Participate in ongoing training and support through conferences and events to continue to offer the best, up to date care for every patient
• Assist in reviewing additional patient charts as needed and offer medical assistance or advice
