A healthcare provider located in Minnesota is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide direct patient care in collaboration with a physician. Responsibilities include patient assessments, managing treatment plans, and ordering diagnostic tests. Applicants must have an active Kentucky Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license along with FNP, ACLS, and BLS certifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and previous medical office or hospital experience and work in a teamwork-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Active Kentucky Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license is mandatory.

Responsible for providing direct patient care within the practice and in the directive of a collaborating physician; assessment and management of patients; day to day implementation and evaluation of the appropriate plan of care; serving as a consultant, researcher, and educator.

Works in collaboration with the Physician as well as nursing and support services to provide patient-focused care. Performs history & physicals, documentation of findings; communication with collaborating Provider. Orders appropriate diagnostic testing, reviews results and informs patients & providers of findings and required follow‑up. Patient education and support. Ensures continuity of care for follow‑up treatments. Other duties as necessary under direction of Provider/s and Administration.

Experience

Active Kentucky Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license; FNP, ACLS, BLS required. Previous work experience as a Nurse Practitioner; medical office or hospital experience highly preferred.
