Responsibilities

• Works in collaboration with the Physician to provide patient-focused care.
• Performs history & physicals, documenting findings and communicating with the Provider.
• Orders and reviews appropriate diagnostic testing; informs patients & Providers of findings.
• Provides patient education and support.
• Ensures continuity of care for follow-up treatments.
• Performs other duties as necessary under direction of Provider/s and Administration.

Job description

Responsible for providing direct patient care within the practice & directive of collaborating physician; assessment and management of patients; day to day implementation and evaluation of the appropriate plan of care; serving as a consultant, researcher, and educator.
