Job summary

CHRISTUS Southern New Mexico's Endocrine Associates is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, patient-centered team in Alamogordo, NM.

You will conduct patient assessments, review labs and imaging, prescribe and manage medications, and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory guidelines; schedule is Mon–Thu 8:00–5:00, Fri 8:00–12:00, with no on-call.

Qualifications

• Endocrine experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC or other EMR systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Practice Overview

1 Physician, 2 Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, Clinical Lead, Front Office Coordinators, Clinic Supervisor

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• No call responsibilities

Patient Volume:

• Expected volume: 12–16 patients per day

Preferred Experience:

• Endocrine Experience preferred

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments
• Review lab and imaging reports
• Prescribe and manage medication
• Ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory guidelines
