Job summary

CHRISTUS Southern New Mexico in Alamogordo, NM, seeks a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated GI team.

You will evaluate, treat, and follow GI patients in an outpatient setting, manage a patient panel, and collaborate with experienced gastroenterologists. Schedule Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with approximately 15–20 patients per day.

About the Opportunity:

• Join a Gastroenterology practice serving the Alamogordo community.
• Work collaboratively with experienced Gastroenterologists while maintaining your own patient panel.
• Provide evaluation, treatment, follow-up care, and patient education for gastroenterology patients in an outpatient setting.
• Team Composition:1 RN with over 29 years of Gastroenterology experience, 1 Front Office Coordinator, and 1 Office Supervisor, Locum Physicians
• Work Schedule:Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
• Patient Volumes:Approximately 15-20 patients per day.
